Mobile App and Location Access
The Pratigo Driver app requires background location access for the healthy execution of logistic operations. Location information obtained even when the app is closed is used for the following purposes:
- Live tracking of active transfers,
- Identifying proximity to pickup or drop-off points,
- Making mandatory real-time location notifications to the UETDS system.
This feature ensures the continuity of the operation without the driver needing to manually update the app every time. Location access permission can always be disabled in device settings.
Information Sharing
Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. However, sharing can be made with authorized authorities within the scope of legal obligations (such as UETDS notification).
