1. Data Controller

As Pratigo, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. In this context, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process your personal data as a data controller within the framework of the purposes and limits explained below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of improving the services offered, fulfilling legal obligations, carrying out communication activities and improving the user experience.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private persons within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK for the purposes of performing services, fulfilling legal obligations (UETDS etc.), and ensuring security. Your data is hosted in our secure data centers located in Turkey.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through automatic or non-automatic methods such as forms on our website, mobile applications or cookies.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn whether it is being used in accordance with the purpose of processing, and request correction of data. You can also request the deletion of your data via info@pratigo.net.

6. Mobile Application and Location Data

The Pratigo Driver mobile application processes your precise location data for the purposes of managing transfer processes, operational efficiency, and making UETDS (Transport Electronic Tracking and Inspection System) notifications, which is a legal requirement. This data is tracked;

• When the application is open in the foreground,
• When the application is running in the background or closed (only if an active transfer process is in progress),

for operation tracking, route optimization, and passenger safety. Your location data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
